- It didn’t come on the first night.
- Check the switch under the cap is set to ON, then give it one full day in direct sun. Indoors, most solar lights stay off because the room is too bright — cover the panel with your palm to test.
- One stake quits earlier than the rest.
- Swap it with its neighbour for a night. If the early one is still early in the new spot, its rechargeable cell is tired and worth replacing with the same type and size.
- The ground is rock-hard.
- Soak the spot, or open a pilot hole with a screwdriver. Push on the stake, never on the lamp head.
- Do they have to come in for winter?
- No. Keep the panels clear of snow; expect shorter nights around December.
- How do I switch the spotlight modes?
- Press the button on the lamp body; each press steps to the next brightness or colour.
- The thing I want to light is in shade.
- Aim the lamp head into the shade and tilt the panel toward open sky — on most of our spotlights they move separately.
- Can the post caps be dimmed from the patio?
- Yes, the remote switches the whole set on or off and changes warm, neutral or cool light from up to around 40 feet.
- Which lantern for a long outage?
- The 3-way lanterns: they recharge by USB or sun and fall back to AA batteries.
- My flashlight dims after an hour on high.
- High mode is a sprint. Drop to medium or low for a long night — the S2000 runs 40+ hours on low.
- Do the S2000 flashlights come with batteries?
- No; each ships with a 3×AAA holder and a tube for one larger cell.
- Where’s my parcel?
- On the order page of the partner store you bought from — they ship and track it.
- I need a replacement.
- Start a return or warranty claim from that same order page; the partner store processes it.
